Service Agreement

By booking a service, the customer agrees to:

  • Pay the inspection charge of ₹350

  • Allow inspection of the appliance

  • Approve repair costs before work begins

Inspection Charges

  • ₹350 is charged for visiting and inspection

  • Applicable regardless of whether repair is performed

Repair Approval

  • No repair work will be carried out without customer consent

  • Estimated cost will be communicated before proceeding

Pricing

  • Final charges depend on the nature of the issue and parts required

  • Prices may vary based on appliance condition

Warranty (If Applicable)

  • Any service warranty (if provided) will be informed at the time of repair

  • Warranty terms may vary depending on the repair

Limitations of Service

  • Some issues may not be repairable

  • Service availability depends on technician schedule

  • Delays may occur due to part availability

Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or internal defects not visible during inspection

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct information about the appliance

Cancellations

  • Service can be canceled before technician dispatch

  • Inspection charges apply if visit is already completed
