Customers may cancel a service request under the following conditions:
Before technician dispatch: No charges
After technician dispatch but before arrival: May depend on travel status
After inspection is completed: ₹350 inspection charge applies
Refund Policy

Inspection Charges
₹350 inspection fee is non-refundable once the inspection is completed
Repair Charges
If a repair is not carried out, no additional charges apply beyond inspection
If advance payment is made for parts and parts are ordered, refund may not be applicable
Incomplete Service
If a service cannot be completed due to technical reasons:
The situation will be explained to the customer
Charges will be discussed based on work already done
Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payment:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time
