Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a service request under the following conditions:

  • Before technician dispatch: No charges

  • After technician dispatch but before arrival: May depend on travel status

  • After inspection is completed: ₹350 inspection charge applies

Refund Policy

Inspection Charges

  • ₹350 inspection fee is non-refundable once the inspection is completed

Repair Charges

  • If a repair is not carried out, no additional charges apply beyond inspection

  • If advance payment is made for parts and parts are ordered, refund may not be applicable

Incomplete Service

If a service cannot be completed due to technical reasons:

  • The situation will be explained to the customer

  • Charges will be discussed based on work already done

Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payment:

  • Customers can contact us for resolution

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time

Refund Processing

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method

  • We aim to process valid refunds within a reasonable timeframe
